Melissa’s Chocolate CHip Cookies:
Ok so we hear it time and time again “Hey guys… this is the best cookie recipe ever” I'm gonna have to say THIS one is amazing! I've finally decided to share! Yeah I know… stingy right?! So here it is.
Ingredients:
3 eggs Hand Beaten
1 Cup white sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
6 tsp water
3/4 Cup oil
1 small box of cheesecake flavor pudding
4 Cup flour
1 Cup chocolate chips
Yup and here is the clincher….. put your hand mixers and stand mixers away. You MUST hand mix everything!!!!!
(poor mixer…..she’s sad now!)
putting it the easiest way I can…. after you beat your eggs place them in a large mixing bowl…. add everything else to it except the chocolate chips and Flour. Mix well. Now your ready for the four. I suggest you only add 1 Cup at a time, mixing between each addition.Once you have all your flour added and mixed you add your chips. (I've used different flavors of pudding and chips) lightly spray your cookies sheets with non stick cooking spray and drop tablespoon size drops about 2 inches apart. ( I use a ice cream scooper) Bake @ °350 for about 9 minutes. They will only look light brown. Don’t over do it! Cool on pan for a few minutes then move to wire racks to finish cooling. These cookies will also stay super soft for several days and freeze well.
mmmmm…… pretty huh????
Enjoy!
