Soft Lemonade Cookies
These cookies are super simple and absolutly yummy. A double batch is a must.
1C. butter, softened
1C. Sugar
2 eggs
3C. Flour
1tsp. Baking soda
1 can frozen lemonade (6oz) I know here we can only get the large cans so I just whip up some Lemonade after Im done baking to go along with them.
In a large bowl cream butter, and sugar.Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition. Combine flour and soda;add to the creamed mixture alternately with 1/3C. of lemonade concentrate.Beat well after each addition.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at °400 for 8-10 minutes.Remove to wire racks. Brush warm cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate;then sprinkle with sugar and cool.
